| The M.D.1 or Mine Droid MK1 is the last of this model of Droid, all others having since been decommissioned or destroyed in cave-ins or other mine accidents. The MD1's were used in dangerous areas of the mines where gas or cave-ins were expected. MD1 is armed with a Heavy MK50 Plasma Cutter and grabbing claw for retrieving Taulite. recently MD1's circuits have degraded and caused it to malfunction and randomly attack miners and destroy sections of the mine using its powerful weapons. |
