Stage 1
Location:	Ashstorm CZ (Terrace) (16, 15)
LaReina talks into a Battlefield Communicator. She seems to becoming increasingly frustrated with her apparent failure to get a reply. She shuts off the Communicator, 'It's customary Captain, to salute you superior officer.' You meet her gaze squarely and a commonly used gesticulation flashes through your mind. LaReina frowns at you, then turns away. 'I think Unit, it'll be best if we keep our relationship on an informal footing... As much as possible.' She talks briskly into the Communicator again.
You feel a little ashamed of your behavior. LaReina is only acting as a normal TIU Officer. You rummage in your backpack and hand over the small bag she gave you in the Trenches. You don't want her to be mad at you. You have plenty of enemies, but few friends. She turns off the communicator and takes the bag, 'Excellent, I had forgotten about that. Thank you.' LaReina takes the bag and for an instant you see surprise flash across her face. 'We have a problem here Unit. We sent out an prototype squad into this area to keep the Shard from getting a foothold here. But we lost contact with them and the Vor Tanks seem to have control. Can you try to find out what happened to the Skirmish Squad. Report back to me when you discover something.'

Stage 2
Location:	Ashstorm CZ (Terrace) (14, 6)
The Vor Tanks patrol the area often. You have to hide more than once. But eventually you spot a thin column of smoke rising in the distance.
You find an odd squad of what looks like robots. As you get closer you are astonished to see dried blood on one of the robots upper torso. Confused you open the helmet and find a dead Soldier. It looks like the TIU are experimenting with Cyborgs. From the amount of shattered Vor Scuttle Tanks, they put up a brave fight. But the odds were just against them. You search the Skirmish Trooper for a Datapad but find nothing. In frustration you start to open random hatches in the robotic suit. You find various dials and input sockets, then suddenly as you open a chest plate a small black oblong block is ejected. The symbol of the TIU is printed on the side. You see an output line attached to the weird block. You connect it to your Datapad, streams of numbers run across the screen as it accesses the data within. A diagnostic program opens, you run it and wait. After a few seconds a report is generated. It describes the electronic sub-systems of the Skirmish Suits being disrupted by an unknown energy. Slowly shutting them down. You glance at the brave troopers. It must have been nightmarish to have your body stop working and then watch your enemy kill you at their leisure. They didn't deserve to die like that. You should get a Vor Cannon so that the TIU Technicians can fix the bug, then return to LaReina.

Stage 3
Location:	Ashstorm CZ (Terrace) (16, 15)
LaReina charges her Longsword with a Psi Orb, 'Have you found out what happened to the Skirmish Squad?'
She motions you to put the Cannon at her feet, 'Ummm, what is this?' You explain that the Vor Cannon has an energy which happens to disrupt the systems of the Skirmish suits. She looks down at the Cannon and scowls. 'The entire Squad is dead then?' You nod sadly, but mention that even though they were shutting down, the Troopers destroyed a large number of the Vor before they fell. LaReina opens up here communicator, 'Thank you Unit, I will get a Technician to pick this up. I'm sure that they will be fascinated by it. Personally, I would have liked the Skirmish Squad to have been supported fully and they'd be alive now. But sometimes there is no telling Central Command.' 'I have just been informed about a strange pyramid materializing near here. They will not tell me why it's so important to capture it. But I have a hunch that you know all about it. Meet me in the Amethyst Vale, and you will tell me everything you know. I don't have time to speak now � I need to make sure the Technicians get Cannon as soon as possible. Oh � take this Resonating Shard Crystal, I'll get it from you later.' You receive 152,336 Xp + 10 Skill Points + 1 x Resonating Shard Crystal
