| You find a Technician standing in an obscure corner searching his Datapad. He glances around nervously from time to time. |

He cowers away from you as if you hit him. Then gradually relaxes when you simply stand there looking at him. 'Ummmm, you're not in uniform. Thats weird.' He quickly scans you with the Datapad, 'Oh, you're a Captain. That explains why you are here I suppose. But anyway, you look like you have control of your mind. Which is the main thing. Also I outrank you as head of Department here.'
'So with that. We are having problems with the Mk4 VMRBots. They have started altering systems without being told to do so. As well as attacking anyone who tries to stop them or undo what they have done.'
He looks at you 'The VMRBots have obviously been hacked, but I cannot find the source of the Virus or Trojan. The Virus scans show up nothing. Go find out what is controlling the Mk4 VMRBots. Return when you have figured it out.' |

| The Interceptor Technician is still trying to get the Virus scans to work, 'Have you discovered what is controlling the Mk4 VMRBots? These scans are useless! |

The Technician takes the Dark Charge from you and snaps it into his Datapad scanner. His eyes narrow at what he sees. 'Ok, so this is an anomalous electrical charge. Obviously some sort of glitch in the Power Generator. I don't see the connection here...'You take a deep breath, then explain the existence of the Echo. That they are from another dimension and their technology seems to center around Darkfire energy. Because the Mk4 has a from of Darkfire within it, the Echo seem to be able to control it. If the Technician wants to regain control of his robots, he will need to purge the Dark Charge from all systems.
The Techniction looks back at the Datapad, 'Hmmm, if what you say is true, then that would explain why the Virus scans showed up nothing. I shall look into it. Thank you Captain. Dismissed.'
