It is odd how this Golgesh is afraid of his own home. He stares around then takes a big gulp of air, 'I didn't think we would find the Devourers so quickly. I have heard stories of the area above the Trunk. It is filled with hungry flesh eating plants. Rah Kain being a living thing needs protein to survive. It gets this trough the Fleshtraps. They are looked after by their Keepers who are the only ones able to get near them and not be eaten. But I head a rumor that when Devourer Juice is injected into the watering main of the Fleshtraps they go into their hibernation cycle, which would help us if you want to get any further. Best go get some and bring it back to me so I can check it for potency.'

Grux waves you over, 'You got the Devourer Juice yet?' |

He looks at it closely, 'Yes this will do nicely. Lets go and see if it works on the Fleshtraps. Meet me in the Stem on the next level.' He hands you back the Devourer Juice.

He nods, 'Yeah, this guy saw me as I walked in. Said I was not worthy to be with his children or something like that. That got me thinking to be honest, I bet these Keepers have a DNA Signature of these Fleshtraps within them so that these vicious things don't munch on them. I tore out this Keeper Gland when I thought of it.' He hands you a green gland, 'I bet you will need to modify the Devourer Juice for it to have an effect on the Fleshtraps.'
Modify the Devourer Juice so it will effect the Fleshtraps and pour it onto the Water Main.

A large pipe rises out the floor before you. It has a large control valve on its side. |

You open the Control Valve and pour the Red Elixir directly into it. All around the Fleshtraps start to tremble, then they slowly close their fanlike flowers.
You should return to Grux and tell him what you have done. |

Grux walks up to you, 'Was it you who put all the Fleshtraps to sleep?' |

Grux slaps you on your shoulder, 'I knew those Keepers had a trick up their sleeves for keeping those Fleshtraps away. Well let's leave this area, we don't know how long that Juice will knock them out.
