I'm Neil, my Citizen Number has been lost by that idiot computer so my DNA sets off the mines. I see you can wander around without a problem. Could you up-load my Citizen Number back into the Mainframe?'
He shoves a token into your hand, 'Go on, you'll also need a Bomblet Schematic from the Boomers for it to work. The Number has to be linked to the weapon system you see. Come back when you are done.'
